- Details: We’re bringing a taste of the islands to our Monday with poke bowls. Teriyaki-glazed salmon, sushi rice, crisp cucumbers, vibrant edamame, spicy mayo, sweet soy sauce, and crunchy carrots will make a refreshing and customizable meal.
